Copenhagen Seed Company only sells cannabis seeds as souvenirs and collectibles. It is illegal to germinate cannabis seeds according to Danish law. Copenhagen Seed Company does not support any illegal activities involving our products and urges everyone not to violate applicable laws. Please note that the legislation regarding cannabis seeds varies in many countries. If you are ordering from abroad, please research the local laws before placing an order.

Card payments are free of charge. We will only charge your account upon shipment of the order.

Prices

All prices are inclusive of VAT and in Euro. Prices and assortment are subject to change without notice.

Shipping

We ship goods through PostNord or GLS. We dispatch orders daily, so the delivery time is 1-3 business days. In the event that one or more of your ordered items are on backorder, we will ship the backordered items at no extra cost.
If, contrary to expectations, your order is delayed for more than 7 working days, we will contact you by email or phone as soon as possible to arrange a later delivery or cancel the order.

Transportation Damages

When you receive the product, we recommend inspecting the packaging for any damages before acknowledging receipt. If the packaging is damaged, please write this on the receipt. Afterward, you can accept the product and keep the receipt. If the contents/product are damaged, please contact us by phone/email/contact form, providing the order number and extent of the damage, so that we can arrange for a resolution.

Warranty

When you purchase products from us as a consumer, the rules of the Sale of Goods Act apply.
This means that you have a warranty for 24 months. Contact us before returning the item.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the product repaired, exchanged, receive a refund, or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.

You must complain within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Remember to get a receipt for shipment, so we can refund your shipping costs.

When returning the item, please include a detailed description of the problem.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your product. If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

If the purchase consists of multiple lots or parts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.

The period means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to info@cphseeds.com or use the standard withdrawal form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the product without also notifying us.

Condition of the Product

When you return a product, you are responsible for its condition and the deterioration of its value due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. You may inspect the product in the same way as you would in a physical store, but you should not start using it.

If the product has been used beyond what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive a partial or no refund, depending on the product’s commercial value.

Refund of the Purchase Amount

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice of a different delivery method than the standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we receive your notification of withdrawal. We will make the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products, or you have provided documentation showing that the products have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Return of the Product and Return Costs

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send the product back to us without undue delay and within 14 days from the date of notifying us of your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if you return the product before the expiration of the 14-day period.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the product. You are responsible for the proper packaging of the product, and we recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking and insurance. You are liable for any damage or loss of the product during return shipping.

Please note that you cannot exercise your right of withdrawal by simply refusing to accept the product or by not picking it up without notifying us.
